My experience with this greece wedding photographer was extremely disappointing. Despite clear expectations, the photographer delivered poorly edited photos, missed important moments, and provided unprofessional communication throughout the process. The final gallery did not reflect the standard or style that was promised, and the lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress and I couldn’t even enjoy the aftermath of my wedding. Overall, the service fell far below what I paid for and expected.
It all started after I politely asked Alex to remove a few photos from his social media that I didn’t feel flattered in, he responded by demanding an additional €2,000 for a simple post removal—despite the fact that I had already paid €3,000 for his services.
Instead of addressing a reasonable request from an unhappy client, he attempted to turn the situation into a money grab. He claimed that removing the posts required a separate “NDA service,” something that was never mentioned anywhere in our original contract. Never once did I say he could never post my wedding, I simply wanted the ugly photos he chose of the thousands he took, to be removed.
I reminded him that you cannot retroactively add terms or fees to a signed agreement, and that this was a simple courtesy request that I hope he would fulfill. His refusal to help without charging an excessive fee was unprofessional and disappointing. It felt like he was making up rules on the spot just to squeeze more money out of me.
No professional should treat their clients this way. His response was disrespectful, greedy, and completely unnecessary. I left the experience feeling taken advantage of and very disappointed in his overall conduct.
I’m posting this to warn future brides and give honest insight into my experience with this photographer. For anyone expecting a smooth, stress-free experience with their vendors. Choose carefully who you trust with your BIG day.
